When we went to the showroom Marmar provided us with great advice and helped us narrow down the choices until we made our final decision. Cyrus and his team of installers were very flexible and worked around other trades and were patient with the many hold ups our renovation caused. The timber flooring and carpet were expertly laid and the quality is second to none.

I am beyond thrilled with my new engineered oak timber flooring from Floorset. From the helpful guidance of Marmar in the Floorset showroom to the prompt and meticulous installation by Cyrus and his crew, I couldn’t ask for a better experience and result. My apartment had flooded and I decided that I would upgrade the bedrooms from a rather drab grey wall-to-wall carpet to timber. Best decision ever! I love how much lighter the room appears and warmer it feels with the sunlight bouncing off of the flooring. It brings me joy every time I walk into the space. We had a great experience with Cyrus and his company in getting floorboard installed for our new home!After the company that we previously chose went into liquidation the week before the job was meant to start (and losing a significant amount we paid as deposit), Cyrus was great in alleviating our anxieties and being very responsive. He came to see the house very quickly and in detail went through the practical approaches, possible challenges and solutions. He showed great knowledge ie challenges that come with hebel flooring and how to counteract this.He was gave us a very reasonable quote and was able to prioritise us to fit the schedule we had with our builder.Cyrus was very compassionate and generous in understanding our circumstances and our traumatic experiences in losing money with the previous company. He generally offered for us to pay an amount when the floorboards got to the property and to pay the rest when the job was completed. There was great communication throughout the job and really felt that he had our best interest at heart and was very reliable. After the installation, Cyrus also covered the floorboards with the appropriate material and with great care to make sure that the other tradies don't ruin the floorboards. He also volunteered to come back later to remove the coverings, once the painting is done.It was a lovely experience accessing the service of Floorset and would absolutely recommend Cyrus and his crew! In addition to the great installation, the genuineness and reliability was what we valued the most.

Had an amazing Experience with Cyrus and his team. Had bad water damage in the kitchen and they replaced the floor boards and ensured they matched perfectly to the remainder of the lounge area. Great communication, on time. Really took the care, not rushing.. recommended to have the new floorboards acclimatise for nearly 2 weeks before inserting which showed he cares about the long term outcome.The whole kitchen had to be removed and replaced to get to the damage underneath and this was done so well you would never know it was removed, it went in tidier than the initial renovation.Very thankful to have Cyrus on this project, it really made it stress free for me having minimal knowledge with repairs and previous unpleasant experiences.

I would give 10 stars if I could! Cyrus and his entire team were absolutely fantastic and they made the whole process of house renovations stress free. The great experience started at the showroom where a very knowledgeable team member helped me choose the right type of the floor for my needs and had very useful insight on aesthetic side of it.The installation went smoothly and timely. The team also painted the walls and helped with some small jobs around. The key highlights:1. Great communication and updates on the progress2. Advice on materials and suggestions3. The works were timely with no delays4. The team left the place really clean - removed all trash, no dust or paint stains. Pretty much ready to move in.5. Very important - Cyrus has experience working with fussy body corporate and helped me file the correct paperwork for all strata approvals.I cannot recommend Cyrus and his team enough, they were great!

Very happy with the job Cyrus and his team did. Our job was a little bit more complicated as the floors were being done at the same time as a kitchen re-fit, but Cyrus was very flexible in working around this as well as the difficulties of replacing flooring when you are living in the residence at the same time. Our floors weren’t great to begin with and needed some additional work which was done without fuss and once completed the finished product is fantastic. Cyrus is very knowledgeable and helpful and priced well with no hidden extras which jobs like this can often have. Would recommend highly.

I had an initial online inquiry with Floorset and the very helpful and friendly showroom lady arranged for Cyrus to visit my Windsor property and quote. He arrived as he said and was incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Cyrus invited us to the showroom on Malvern Rd to view samples and select a hybrid floor to replace some pretty gross carpet in an older terrace house. There is an amazing selection and we settled on Iconic ‘Jasper’, a neutral light blonde wood. There was some further work required to level the old floorboards prior to laying, but the job Cyrus and his boys did is absolutely first rate. He was reliable, professional and knows his stuff. I felt absolutely confident and the end result is stunning. It’s lifted the whole place. Cyrus is a lot of fun and did so many other extra jobs whilst he was in the house. It was totally unexpected and very much appreciated. To have trades work on weekends is something incredible too! He also has great contacts for other work that I require as part of the facelift for this property. I have the second terrace house to be completed and I won’t look anywhere else than Floorset. Really impressive service and Cyrus is exceptional. Highly recommended.

These guys know how to get a tough job done. I had an old hardwood floor sitting on a ton of glue that had to be removed and replaced it with a modern hybrid floor boards. They did a great job dealing with it and when there was a delay the boss himself came over on the weekend to do the levelling and ensured the job was on schedule. The final result looks great. Thanks!
